All deposits are sent to your artist directly and are non-refundable.

Bank transfer or Cash is paid directly to your artist following your tattoo session.

Please note that we do not offer eftpos in studio for tattoo payments.

Friends are welcome to come to your appointment  however we only allow the person getting tattooed in the tattoo area. We have a comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks!

Prior to your appointment please make sure you have had a good nights sleep and a substantial breakfast. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks with you for the day aswell!

If you choose to use numbing cream our artists are only permitted to tattoo skin that has been numbed using Numit [purchased from most local chemists], applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

A patch test must be completed prior to your appointment to check for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If your skin shows signs of irritation, reaction, or damage upon arrival, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeit.

To avoid delays, numbing cream should be applied approximately 1 hour prior to your appointment time. Any time spent applying or waiting for numbing cream to activate during your appointment will be deducted from your scheduled tattoo time.

No, we do not tattoo pregnant or breast-feeding mums.

No, fake tan must be removed fully before getting a tattoo. You cannot tan for 2 weeks post-tattoo, this can permanently damage your tattoo.

Our studio can accommodate wheelchair access; however, clients are required to bring their own portable ramp, as one is not available on-site.

• Deposit is inclusive of your final tattoo cost & will come off the total on the day. 

• Notice of cancellation must be 48 hours prior to your appointment, failure to do so will forfeit your deposit.  

• Deposits are non-refundable however cancellation 48 hours prior to your appointment will keep your deposit amount as a credit for your next booking. (Credit expires if a tattoo is not re-booked within 7 days of cancellation). 

• No-shows will have their deposit immediately forfeit. A person is considered a 'no-show' if they are not in the studio or have not made any contact with their artist 30mins past their appointment time.

Rescheduling an appointment more than 2 times may result in the loss of your deposit.

Tattoos are able to be touched up 1 time for free within a 3 month period post-tattoo.  Please note the complimentary touch-up only applies to tattoos healed according to the studios aftercare guidelines. Sun damage or other factors damaging the tattoo will require a touch-up fee. Please contact your artist directly with a photo of the healed tattoo to organize a touch-up appointment.

The complimentary touch-ups do not include finger, hand, wrist, ankle, behind the ear & face tattoos which will require a $50-$100 touch-up fee.
